The apartment can accommodate 4 or up to 5 if traveling with children, configured with a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed that converts to Queen size in the living area. Inflatable beds may be available upon request. Fully equipped Kitchen with full size Fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker, HD TV, blue-ray player, HD cable channels, internet access in private WIFI network. One fully equipped bathroom, Iron and air conditioning in the bedroom.
Our apartment at Playa Azul II offers 24/7 security, parking and many amenities, as a large heated swimming pool, full basketball court, children's basketball court, racket ball court, tennis court, children's playgrounds, table tennis and beautiful grounds. All amenities at the condo are within gated areas and only available for condo residents or renters.

Unassisted check-in available, however I will always be happy to support you on your visit. Condo security and administration fluently speaks English and Spanish.
1.We use unassisted check in/out process. Check-in time is flexible as far as prior rental permits. Default check in time is 3:00 pm, ask the owner about availability of your preferred check-in time. Check-out time is 2:00 pm unless otherwise specified. Check with property owner if a later check-out time is possible. Failure to comply may result in Guest being denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
2.POOL, SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES LIABILITY WAIVER: GUEST RENTING ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY AND ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE USE OF THE POOL, SPORTS AND REREATIONAL FACILITIES. As such, Guest is responsible for Guest's safety and the safety of any guests of Guest. Guest acknowledges that children or handicapped individuals should not be left unattended near or around the pool, sports and recreational facilities. Guest acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around these areas. Guest hereby assumes all responsibility for Guest's safe use of the pool sports and recreational areas.
3.All visitors should be named and registered prior to check-in. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy or allow access to un-registered visitors.
4.We ask that you respect the property and the neighbors as if they were your own
5.Owner or owner's agent may enter the premises in order to protect, inspect or make repairs on the premises.
6.The Renter and Guests and other visitors to the property shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the owner(s) against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from negligence in the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The insurance of the property will not cover renters in the case of theft or any other loss. Renters need to refer to their personal policies and/or purchase travelers insurance.
7.Help us preserve electricity, turn off air conditioners and electronics equipment when not in use and turn off the property lights when not in use.
8.Strictly NON-SMOKING inside the apartment premises. Failure to comply may result in Guest being denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
9.Animals and/or pets are not permitted unless agreed with the owner.
10.Communal areas and hallways should be maintained clean.
11.Owner shall not be liable for events beyond his control which may interfere with your occupancy, including but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, inclement weather, including flooding and noise from nearby properties or events. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
12.Even though the property is built to withstand the effects of a Hurricane or Tropical Storm, in the event that mandatory evacuation is ordered no refunds will be given.
13.Please do not rearrange the interior furniture unless you have owner's permission
14.Please empty the refrigerator and fridge.
15.Please clean all used dishes and cooking gears.
16.Please lock all doors and windows
17. Guest agrees to use the property as a vacation rental and shall obey all applicable laws.
18.Playa Azul II communal rules applies.
19. The owner might give you a contract or a consent form for the guest to sign prior to the check in date in which it will state that damages cause to the property or any fines given during the stay will be paid by the client.
20.Unless specifically agreed upon, no special events are to be held on the property. This includes weddings, baptisms, or any large party that exceeds the number of registered occupants. If an unauthorized event occurs this contract will be terminated immediately and all monies will be non-refundable.
21.Property Owner assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items that belong to Guests. This includes loses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". In incident such as fire, water, loss of power (beyond our control), breakdown of cable or satellite company, internet company or with equipment of machinery, acts of war, strikers, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or cancellation of airline travel, or any similar incident; the property agent or property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests as a result of such incidents or occurrences. This includes, but is not limited to our other services such as transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning services, rental cars, babysitting, etc. We are not responsible of damages made to your vehicle in the parking facility.
22.Miscellaneous: This Agreement, together with any attachments referenced herein and attached hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior written oral negotiations, representations, or agreements. No modification of this Agreement shall be binding on either party unless it is in writing signed by both parties. Each section, subsection or paragraph of this Agreement shall be deemed severable and if for any reason any portion of this Agreement is unenforceable, invalid or contrary to any existing or future law, such unenforceable or invalidity shall not affect the applicability or validity of any other portion of this Agreement. THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS AGREEMENT WILL ENTER INTO FULL FORCE AND EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON PAYMENT.
