The Lodge is a spectacular 3200 sq. foot log cabin overlooking a swimming pond in the peaceful wooded hills of western New Hampshire. It was once the mountain getaway for the famous 1950s singer, Patti Page, who was known for 'Tennessee Waltz. The Lodge is part of a fully operational 265 acre farm that boasts pastured cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens, a 19th century barn, and farmers who live just around the corner in the Farm House.
We purchased this property in 2013 so we could raise animals for our restaurant, Woods Hill Table, in Concord, Massachusetts. We have been raising heritage breed pigs, steers, and chickens on the farm.
The former owners produced Patti Page Maple Syrup, and the farm was once New England's largest organic maple syrup producer. They also used the home as a wonderful vacation home/ski house and a retreat for their many grand children.
Log Cabin, sleeps 2-10, 2 baths, gourmet kitchen, great room, fireplace, amazing views of the White Mountains, lots of trails through the woods, a beautiful pond, and much more
The lodge is in a private woodsy location, however it is in the center of a working farm. Most guests would never realize that the farm is operating 365 days a year, 24/7 since the lodge is out of the way.
I manage the Farm at Woods Hill where the Inn is located. The farm has a restaurant, Woods Hill Table, in Concord, MA where the farm's products are served to guests.
