This house should have been titled, "Unfinished Fixer Upper turned AirBnb" This house appeared nice upon first entry. There is a relatively new paint job in the main rooms. This is about as far as that goes. The couch in the living room is stained and looks as though it has seen heavy use. It isn't in good condition. Upon pulling out the bed within, we found the worst pull out couch mattress I have ever seen. It was filthy. My kids are supposed to sleep on this. In the master bedroom, the floor is bare concrete. The carpet and padding has been removed and not replaced. Instead, rugs have been laid to cover most of the room, but do not cover completely. Under the bed was also dirty. Half of a sippy cup, a leftover plate, and more crumbs and dirt. I have a 9-month-old daughter who is walking and crawling around this house. It grossed me out. Also, the mattress and bedding were not comfortable.
Things that I did like:
The towels smelled good and seemed clean.
The washer/dryer worked well.
Check-in/check-out was easy.
This house is not meant for a family to stay at. If you are in town for the weekend and just need a cheap place to stay with friends, then splitting the cost of the house among friends, may be an economical way to go. I would not recommend this place.
