The neighborhood is one of the kind. Everybody would just love to live in this district because it's close to everything: the famous Spittelberg, Museums Quarter, the historical center, the Nachmarkt, Mariahilferstrasse with 1.7km of shops!
This is a common sense rental agreement :-)
Needless to say you are expected to treat the accommodation you are renting and all of its equipment with care. Any specific rules and regulations of the accommodation and its surroundings have to be respected at all times. You are also expected to be considerate of and behave respectfully towards your neighbours. If any damage is done to the apartment or its equipment you will have to inform the owner or guardian immediately. You will be held responsible for any damage to the accommodation or the equipment within it that is caused by you, people under your care or others staying at or visiting the apartment during your stay.
The person who signs the rental agreement (the client) will be expected to ensure all persons accompanying him/her behave in a correct and decent fashion. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible manner, the owner or guardian shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation whatsoever.
