Christina Estate - a beautiful example of local architecture - is the perfect vacation place for you and your family or group, consisting of a Main House, three more Guest houses/Suites and a lot more!
During summer, taking advantage of the cool hillside micro-climate of the area, overlooking the Aegean and the islands Christina Estate provides very easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches of Greece.
Set within a 11000 sq.m. plot of land -in the Agia Paraskevi district- the Estate was rebuilt in 1906, and it is a perfect example of the architectural style called "Rural Neoclassicism", which is the style of villas of that time built by rich people wit origin from Tsagarada. Christina Estate was the home of a very well known Professor of Greek Literature of Harvard, Sophocles Apostolidis, and was rebuilt to the state of today by Theodoros Apostolidis. It can accommodate up to 13 guests in four different residences, thus providing ample space for everyone to be together and make unique memories but also privacy when one needs to relax and find tranquillity in nature like nowhere else on earth.
Our favourite spot on the Estate to unwind and soak up the serenity and energy of the lush hills of the area, is the cosy terrace literary "hanging" over the village, offering stunning 180-degree sea and mountain views.
A 1906 Villa that has been fully renovated (ground floor) includes a master bedroom (sleeps 2) with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom (sleeps 2), a bathroom, a study with fireplace (may sleep 1), hall, living room with fireplace, TV, DVD player, and a large kitchen with an elevated fireplace, serving also as a dining and breakfast area.
Outdoors, one can find two very large verandas paved with local stone slates, one towards the south, overlooking the village of Tsagarada, with sitting area and a stone barbeque, the other towards the east, overlooking the Aegean sea and the Milopotamos beach, with sitting area and a separate dining area.
GUEST HOUSE I
On the left of the Main House, is Guest House I, with one bedroom (sleeps 2), a bathroom, an open kitchen fully equipped, and a very large living room with a fireplace, (that may also sleep 2). Guest House I is situated at the west end of the south veranda, under the largest chestnut tree of the village, and has its own veranda and sitting area and dining area for 10, just over the barbecue.
GUEST HOUSE II & III
More recently built, on the right side of the main house, facing the south, the other two guest houses of the Estate are found
Guest House II is the ground floor suite (sleeps 2) with a double bed, bathroom,living area, kitchenette and breakfast table, whereas outside a covered patio facing the lawn garden with a view towards the sea, can be your perfect place to enjoy your alfresco breakfast.
Guest House III , on the upper floor, sleeps 2 (double bed) and has a bathroom, living area, air-conditioning, kitchenette and breakfast table and a very large veranda overlooking the estate and the beautiful Aegean see.
All residences can be reached by car and by foot from a very beautiful paved “Kalderimi”.
The car entrance, with automatic door, has a large parking area for 6 guest cars, and a stone-paved road leading to the main Villa and the garage (for 3 cars)
We have wi-fi internet access in the main house, ping pong and an outdoor built-in charcoal grill to make Christina Estate your very own playground as well as your sanctuary. And if you appreciate nature and wildlife, please feel free to hike our 11 acres or walk up the various footpaths for breathtaking views.
Our guests have access to the whole of the Estate.
Only the storage room will be unavailable to you as we use it for own storage needs, but there is plenty of spaces inside the Guest houses for you to use.

We will be there (in case we can not our assistant will be there) to welcome you and show you around the Estate when you first arrive. Meeting you on the day of arrival and the day of your departure is essential to have an accurate number of guests and to inspect the property together prior and after your stay.
Respecting your privacy we will stay out of your way after your arrival, letting you enjoy the Estate and explore the area.
In case you need us we will be available 24/7; should an issue arise, or you need directions prior to arrival or pre stocking or just excursion ideas we are happy to help!
Our cleaning service i.e. change of sheets and towels is provided twice a week and can be extended to everyday service if you wish after arrangement.
We kindly ask you to treat this house as you would treat your own, with respect to the property, the environment and the community.
Please do not to engage in dangerous activities/behaviours, for example, heavy drinking, illegal substance abuse or violence.
In any case, you should report any damage or problems to us as soon as possible so that we can be of assistance to you.
Please note that you are not allowed to rent or sublet the house, or to invite random people to the property.
You are kindly asked to provide a photocopy of your photo ID (passport/ID card) upon arrival.
For smokers, please smoke outside the house on paved or cement areas only, and pick up all cigarette butts and place them in the garbage once extinguished.
Finally, we try to be an eco-friendly home, so please turn off lights and electrical appliances when not needed and when you depart the Estate.
