To be precise noises occurred because the proprietary of the apartment just below us started restructuring it (works will end in May 2018), so the bother occurred only during work hours and because of the construction workers. We offered the guests one extra free night stay or a discount for a future stay as it was of course an inconvenient for them. Regarding the hot water, can you please tell which kind of problems you encountered? If I had known such problems during the stay I could have a chance to fix them. Nonetheless I'd like however to have a feedback now as it seems all fine with the water and I don't want that other guests will experience such problems: thank you, ciao.
