Our three-level townhouse offers a bedroom and a full bathroom on each floor, providing ultimate privacy for all guests.

The first floor has two comfortable single beds, perfect for those who prefer a quiet and secluded space.

The second floor features an open-plan living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals for the family.
It has one queen bed with a full bathroom with tub.
A balcony is a bonus.

The third floor includes one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, and a full bathroom with bathtub, and a playroom with exercise equipment and toys for kids, and another balcony ,ensuring everyone has their own space to relax.

For families traveling with children, we offer a baby travel cot and high chair at No extra charge upon advance request.
Please bring your own baby bed linen for safety reasons.

The townhouse is equipped with air-conditioning in the living room and playroom on level 2 & 3， ceiling fans in every bedroom.

With free high-speed Wi-Fi and free Netflix TV, you can stay connected and entertained during your stay.

A private Laundry with a washer and dryer is included for your convenience, ensuring you stay fresh throughout your stay.

1. Check-In Instructions

We will send you detailed check-in instructions with photos to ensure a smooth arrival. Downloading them in advance will be handy. A detailed house manual will also be provided to help you familiarize yourself with the property.

2. Early Check-In

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Unlike hotels, we don’t have alternative rooms available. We’ll do our best to have the property ready as soon as possible, and you’re welcome to check in once it’s ready.
If you require guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before.
Please note that if we have guests departing on the same day, housekeeping will need sufficient time to prepare the room.

3. Late Check-Out

If you need a late check-out, please contact us by 5:00 PM the night before your departure to check availability.
Late check-outs after 12:00 PM incur an additional night’s fee, as we need to block the night to allow enough time for housekeeping. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Luggage Storage

As we don’t have a reception or luggage storage facilities on-site, we recommend using nearby services such as Luggage Hero, Radical Storage, or Stasher, which offer secure and affordable options.

5. Last-Minute or Same-Day Bookings

If you make a last-minute or same-day booking, please let us know your estimated check-in time. Standard check-in times may not always be possible, as we prioritize housekeeping for guests who booked in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please check with us first.
