The apartment has been updated with modern conveniences while preserving a unique vintage St Pete feel. The location downtown, off Mirror Lake, is walking distance to the venues that make St Pete awesome, while removed enough to be quiet in the evenings. You're 2 blocks to the Central avenue shopping district and a stones throw from Tropicana Field. It's adjacent to I-375, 20 minutes from Tampa, and a half mile from USF St Pete.
Every unit has been renovated from the bare studs. There are original Heart Pine wood floors in the Living room and Bedroom which have been restored to like new condition. Local artwork is present in every room giving a well lived feel to the apartment.
French doors separate the Bedroom and Living rooms, making it easy to have guests over and feel like staying in a much larger apartment. The living room has a full size Rowe sleeper sofa, luxurious throw rug and seating area. An entertainment system above the hearth completes the room.
The bedroom features a built in vanity and dresser, along with a large, almost walk in, closet. There is an off the wall queen bed with foam mattress. During the day you can fold it up and increase your living space. Enjoy the Shaker style writing desk, perfect to work at or write friends from.
The large kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances. There is a sealed burner range, over range microwave, refrigerator with freezer and even a dishwasher. Adjacent to the sink is a large prep area and plenty of cabinet space.
A setting for four along with cooking and prep utensils/pots/pans are provided for your use. A toaster and Keriug coffee maker make breakfast quick and easy.

The dining room is wood grain tile with a table and chairs, along with a linen closet.
The bathroom features a beautifully refinished original claw foot tub with shower, elongated bowl toilet and pedestal sink. The tile has the vintage look with an attractive cut glass border that compliments the polished chrome fixtures. With the tank-less water heater you will enjoy unlimited hot water for your shower, or a luxurious bath in the tub.
Toiletries provided include shampoo, conditioner, towels and wash clothes. A hair dryer is provided for your use as well.
A newly installed heat pump system heats and cools the unit. These are silent high efficiency (16 SEER) Mini-Split AC units with a air handler in each room allowing you to set the temperature exactly what you want on a per room basis, or shut down unneeded rooms. You will never be able to go back to window units once you experience using a mini-split. A Takagi tank-less water heater provides unlimited hot water.
The apartment has it's own washer and dryer, and an iron/ironing board. Imagine never leaving to do laundry, gathering loose change and wasting hours of your vacation at a Laundromat.
All rooms have ceiling fans with lights, smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher is present in the kitchen.
There is high-speed internet provided by WOW!, and in unit WI-FI is available. The in unit WI-FI supports 2.4 and 5GHz bands with 3x3 MIMO 802.11ac/n/a/g/b. This reliably covers the entire apartment with 30/5 Mbit/s down/up internet service.
Street parking is available on 3rd Ave 100' south of the building and a block over on Grove St. As with most buildings downtown there is no in building or on property parking.
You will have full access to the entire apartment.

I'm available most of the time, but I do travel for work. I always answer my cell phone unless I'm in meetings.
•The apartment must be returned in the way you found it when your arrived (no cleaning but in order)
•Trash must be thrown out every other day in the dumpster behind the building
•Pets are strictly FORBIDDEN in the apartment.
•Please don’t play music to loud (don’t turn it up to 11) and observe quiet hours between 2200 and 0700 local time.
•Please don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher when you leave (clean dishes in the washer are fine)
•Fridge and freezer MUST be empty upon departure.
•No food left in apartment upon departure
•Please don’t leave any personal belongings in the apartment (shower gel/sunscreen/etc.)
•Please don’t throw anything but toilet paper in the toilet, and please don’t throw used toilet paper in the trash.
•No fireworks, explosives or any fire hazardous items can be used on the premises.
•No illegal drugs of any kind.
•You are jointly responsible for the conduct of everyone in your party.
•All firearms shall be legally possessed.
•Smoking anywhere on the premises is prohibited. Yes, I’ll know, I have a great nose. Expect to be charged for the abatement and cleaning of the unit. This is $350 minimum.
•Please place the used bed/bath linens on the floor or other obvious location when you vacate the unit.
•Please use the supplied coasters for drinks when placing them on tables/furniture.
•If you use more than a load or two of laundry, please purchase your own detergent. The supplies we have are for the cleaning crew to do laundry.
