Our tropical gardens have 2 swimming pools with sun loungers. This very safe and secure development is located directly on the beach with a security gate opening onto the Blue Flag sandy beach, into the inviting Mediterranean sea and the lavish Ocean Club with its fabulous huge seawater swimming pool. Also this security gate leads into the famous PUERTO BANUS MARINA which is a two minute walk either along the sandy beach or by using the board-walk.
The gardens and apartment are wheelchair and push-chair friendly. The board-walk is accessible from our garden gate which makes the beach and Marina Puerto Banus so easy to navigate.
We have a 24/7 hours key collection service facilitating your arrival and departure times making them totally flexible and at your convenience. In the adjacent building you will find the most luxurious exclusive health and beauty SPA with its own indoor heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, exercise classes, sauna, steam room and Turkish hammam as well as conventional massage treatments. (Reasonable entrance fee payable directly to the club).
In the same adjacent building where you collect the keys, there is a 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes.

Our apartment is in an exclusive beach front development with tropical gardens. It is a gated private development with 24/7 security.
This is a wonderful location to spend a quiet or an active holiday by day or by night. All is available within a short walking distance. You can be having a drink by the beach or dining in international restaurants in the mountains within a 20 minute drive.
Our apartment is located within walking distance for all your needs and amenities. Car is not required here although we have allocated a parking space for your use in our underground garage in the building.
Cot and high chair are available on request and will be included in the price.
It is possible to accept reservations for 3 nights or more... Offers are available, please ask although weekly prices are better value!
Car is not needed although indoor car parking space is included in the price.
This is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed. It is possible to smoke on the balconies.
Regretfully we do not accept reservations for hen/stag parties.
Check in time is from 3.00 pm and check out is before 11:00am.
You will be able to collect two sets of keys from the reception, 24/7 with full instructions and maps for the garage parking and general information about the apartment.
We expect our guests to respect the neighbors in this peaceful and quiet environment.
Apartment to be left in a clean and tidy condition with bagged rubbish placed in the garbage area next to the elevator.
The housekeepers will strip the beds and clean the apartment after departure.
Cleaning and change of sheets and towels is included in the price on arrival and departure.
For reservations longer than two weeks, the change of sheets and towels is included weekly. Optional extra cleaning is available if required on an hourly basis payable locally to the housekeeper.
There are instructions in the apartment for the use of the Satellite TV, the air-conditioning system plus all the other equipment in the apartment.

We love being in Puerto Banus as it offers one of the best climates in the world beside everything else that we could wish for.
The walk along the beach to the Marina which is home for some of the most luxurious yachts, boutiques and restaurants is pleasurable past time.
We often stop for a bite or a drink in the Port.
The Spanish people are very welcoming, warm and friendly.
A special day for us is to visit Malaga and enjoy meandering through the busy streets and to visit some museums.
We are members of the on-site SPA which we use daily.
