This bright & cheery 500 square foot studio-style casita on the west end of Marfa is conveniently located on the main street about a mile from the center of town. A large patio provides room for outdoor dining and relaxing.
FIRM NO PETS POLICY.
The casita is on the less busy west end of town, yet still less than a mile from the main intersection.
It is furnished with a very comfy queen bed with an organic mattress and egyptian cotton sheets.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, two burner electric cooktop, full-sized refrigerator, french press coffee pot, tea pot, pots and pans, dishes, and basic utensils.
There are screened doors to the front porch, and backyard, and large windows that can be opened to let in the cool night air.

You have access to your casita, the side patio, and the front porch. You do not have access to the backyard. Please be courteous to any quests who may be staying in the other casita and the trailers in the backyard.

The property is 3 blocks from the train tracks & the train whistle can be heard at night. This is the case throughout most of the town.

If you smoke on the patio, please close the front door to your casita and use the ashtrays provided.

I left the big city of Austin, Texas over 4 years ago for Marfa and haven't looked back. I love the big sky, the quiet beauty, and the wonderful community of people here.
I enjoy live music, gardening, movies, coffee, and guest dj'ing on the local NPR station.
