Thanks for sharing your experience. For future guests, I'd like to clarify the 2 mentioned issues with respect to cleanliness and the garage clicker not working. We have an in house Housekeeping crew that cleans the unit prior to arrival. We take cleanliness very seriously. Now, when we asked the guest if everything was ok upon arrival, we did not get this feedback to allow us to make it right. That's the best thing to do as it allows us to make sure that if something was missed, it can be taken care of. In terms of the gate clicker, we tried to get in touch with the guests to get it to work but was tough to meet. Overall, these guests were really nice to host and very glad they liked the location. As they said, it's right on the beach so it's hard to keep all sand/dust away because of how close it is to the ocean. We will work hard to ensure future guests can enjoy the location and if you choose to stay with us, the best thing is to let us know if there is anything we need to make right.
