Our home accommodates 5 people only (including children and babies) in three bright, comfortable bedrooms with fresh linen and towels on your arrival. Enjoy our modern and well equipped kitchen with a gas cook top, oven and automatic dishwasher. There is an open space living rooms, with a 50" LCD TV. It has toilet and a separate bathroom (with shower) and a laundry with clothes washer and dryer. There is a clothes line outside for drying on sunny days. Beautiful and boutique backyard is great to relax after a long day at work.
There is easy off-street parking for up to two cars, one in the garage and one in front of the garage.
Place is a perfect fit for corporate travellers, family with children that don't want to pat for expensive three bedroom service apartments and holiday travellers that want to stay near their families and friends.
Access to the property is very easy and secure. Guests will be issued with keyless entry code 24 hours prior to arrival. Code will be active upon check in and will be deactivated upon check out.

We will answer all your questions and queries in a timely manner. We can be contacted by telephone if necessary, but we prefer AirBNB messaging system.
For bookings longer than 2 weeks there may be people entering the property via garage to maintain the garden and lawns and clean the house. You will be advised when this will occur.
Airbnb is based on trust so we'd like to know a little bit about you. When enquiring about availability please ensure you have a profile photo showing your face and some information about yourself and the purpose of your stay to avoid your booking request being rejected.
Please note that ALL the guests staying at our home - adults, children and babies - count as guests and must be included in the booking. Children and babies DO NOT stay for free. The names and ages of all guests must be provided at the time of the booking. Extra guests will attract additional charges or cause immediate cancellation of the booking.
Properties in Mt Waverley are extremely popular being in close proximity to Monash University, Melbourne CBD, Chadstone Shopping Centre, popular schools and Mt Waverley business district and in great demand from both international and domestic guests. We've had guests that were considering extending their stay only to find that it has been booked by somebody else. If you want to make a booking or extend a stay, act quickly. We must accept whichever booking Airbnb receives first, we cannot "hold" a period of time for you.
Our pricing already includes generous discounts for weekly and monthly stays and we do not offer further discounts. Please do not ask us for a quote for a booking because we do not know the amount Airbnb calculates for you. Booking prices include foreign exchange conversions, taxes and other fees that go directly to Airbnb and hosts never see these amounts.
The house is smoke-free and pet-free. NO smoking (or vaping, or similar) is permitted in the house or on the property. Unfortunately and we apology in advance for the benefit of all future guests, but guests that are smokers are NOT allowed on the premises, as sad as it might be but smokers leave the very strong smoking smell on their clothing, bedding and space will smell.
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Unfortunately, we do not provide additional beds or mattresses for extra people to sleep on the floor, or permit guests to sleep on lounges or sofas.
Hair colouring products (dyes, rinses etc) and strong smell creams are NOT to be used on the property. Cosmetics, makeup and other products have stained our linen and furniture. Guests will be charged additional cleaning fees and for replacing damaged items.
Guests are required to leave a property in a state similar to its condition upon arrival including appliances (microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher). Additional Cleaning Fees will be charged.
Parties and functions are not permitted. Disturbances to our neighbours including excessive noise are prohibited.
No film or photo shoots are to be conducted without written permission.
Guest must pay for ANY damage to the property or any items at the property that are damaged during their stay. Damages will not be limited to the bond amount set by Airbnb.
Personal and Public Liability: guests are responsibility for their own safety and welfare. The hosts and property owners are NOT liable for any harm caused while at the property.

Rule #6: Keep the place clean and tidy at all times.
Rule #7: If you break something please report it and pay for it.
Rule #8: Help our Earth (save water and electricity when not in use)
Rule #9: Upon Check-Out make sure that house is left clean and tiedy, remove all rubbish from the house, clean dishes and put them away, make sure oven is left in the same conditions as it was found, dirty towels and linen needs to be collected and placed in the bath, ladies, please collect your hair (as it is very difficult to clean up after that).
Rule #10: Let's be fair to everyone as Airbnb works on values of trust if something is broken or house left not clean as per House Rules and requires a major clean up after guests, then guests will need to pay extra. Please review House Rules Booklet provided.
