Large windows provide beautiful views of the landscaped gardens and out to the Atlantic Ocean. Access to the large balcony is through a glass sliding door and you will find a table with four chairs for dining on the balcony. The dining area includes a table with seating for six, and looks into the kitchen through the breakfast bar with 2 stools. The kitchen was recently updated with granite countertops, a new sink and faucet and the cabinets were painted. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer located in the villa.
The Master bedroom has a king bed, flat panel TV, and views of the lagoon and ocean. It also has a newly renovated private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, separate shower and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and flat panel TV. Guests can access the balcony from this room with lagoon and partial ocean views. There is a private bath with tub/shower combo. 2113 Windsor II has great bedroom separation as each bedroom is located off the main living area on opposite sides of the villa.

We are a professional property management company located here on Hilton Head Island. We are available to assist you with any questions or issues you have during your stay, but will not intrude on you unless necessary.
Upon arrival to 2113 Windsor II, you will find the following items located in the property:
*Bed Linens ( including linens for the Queen sleeper sofa)
*Bath Towels – 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washclothes are provided for each guest.
*Kitchen/laundry Starter Amenities include: 2 dish towels, pot holders, single use of dishwashing and laundry detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, roll of paper towel, box of facial tissue and bar of soap for each sink.
*Guest Advantage Discount Card offers discounts for golf, restaurants, shopping, bike, beach and baby rentals, water sports and much more!
*2113 Windsor II is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. Additional car passes (for a 3-7 days stay) can be obtained at a rate of $16.50 by calling our office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
2113 Windsor II has a 3 night minimum stay in effect, except for the week before & after the Easter holiday and the months of June, July and August where all stays must be 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

RENTER AGREES: To be responsible for any intentional damage or negligence resulting in damage to the premises, including damages to the furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear or accidental damage up to $2,000. An additional cleaning charge may be incurred if upon departure the property is inspected and found to require more than the normal check-out cleaning. Agent or owner will not be liable for any damages to your property, nor liable for any accident that may occur to you during your occupancy in or on the property. Owner or Agent may re-enter premises at a reasonable time for the purpose of making repairs or for routine maintenance. Owner or Agent is not responsible for articles left on premises. All properties are non-smoking. We make every attempt to make sure the home or villa you’ve rented is in good working order when you arrive. If you do encounter a maintenance problem in the home or villa, it will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment. Beach Properties of Hilton Head is not responsible for resort amenities such as scheduled pool and spa closures, etc. At the time of this publication, all home and villa amenities are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Furniture and accessories are subject to change as owners may update their properties.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: An approved credit card number must be on file in the name of the renter to hold as a security deposit in the case of damage or extraordinary cleaning after your departure. We inspect each property before and after all guest stays. If furniture is moved you will incur a charge to move it back.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES.
HURRICANE & WEATHER REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for any situation arising from hurricanes including evacuations without Travel Insurance coverage. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption of your stay due to other inclement weather.
PETS: This property does not allow pets. This policy will be strictly enforced. If you are found in violation of the policy, Agent reserves the right to immediately cancel your rental reservation and occupancy of the dwelling. Additionally, Guest will forfeit all monies and incur a minimum additional penalty of $300.
KEYS/CAR PASSES: You will be provided with TWO keys or a code to your rental property.
