Welcome to the home we`re calling "PS Escape". It`s a fun, comfortable and inviting home; perfect for the quintessential Palm Springs escape. Built in 1959, this is an original Meiselman-built home featuring the iconic architectural aesthetic Palm Springs is known for.
You`ll enter the home and immediately notice the open floor plan. It`s well appointed and equipped to suit every visitor. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a HUGE pool (30` x 13`) (pool heat is an optional/additional charge. See house rules for additional information) perfectly positioned to maximize stunning mountain views and plenty of outdoor seating and lounging. Hi-speed internet is at top speed so it can easily support all your devices.
The living room offers comfortable seating that can easily allow 6-8 guests to watch their favorite TV program. A 50-inch Smart HDTV insures an excellent media experience. Cocktail hour will be a featured time in the home when the host declares the bar open just off the dining area.
The kitchen is the perfect throwback in time. Lovingly restored with several original (still operational) appliances, it`s perfect to see how efficient cooking was in the 60`s. The kitchen has been well-stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, appliances and more. There`s plenty of serving pieces to entertain the household and make make each meal, indoors or outside, special.
The dining room can comfortably seat 6 guests for dinner. Just off the kitchen, whoever is in the kitchen shouldn`t miss much of the action!
There is a great mix of sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a 40-inch HDTV. Guest room 1 features a queen bed and guest room 2 a double (full-size) bed.
The lot is huge making for spectacular outdoor living. Off the dining and living room, there is the covered lanai. Seating for up to 8 guests and a grill. Chaises and umbrella complete the the poolside lounging experience.
This beautiful vacation rental is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away, from area casinos and gambling, to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Each guest is met at check-in. You`ll be shown around the house and how to work any specific technilogical features. The property manager is available throughout your entire stay, whether it be about assistance in the home, directions around town or recommendations for dinner.
Arrangements will be made prior to arrival as to specific times; the same with check-out.

Guests are welcomed to each home as if they are my own personal guest. My homeowner(s) expect that. Relax Palm Springs is available to every guest throughout their stay. Whether it is technical or maintenance support with the home, dinner or entertainment recommendations or driving directions around town, I am only a phone call away.

Palm Springs City Ordinance states that the minimum age of a renter must be 25 or older.
A $500 Refundable Damage Deposit is required.
Property Damage Insurance (PDP) is a required $79 or $99 charge and is not optional. This fee covers either a $3000 or a $5000 Damage Protection for accidental damages and based on the individual property needs.
Reservations booked within 24 hours of arrival require approval from manager. Arrivals and departures on major Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) require approval and acceptance by management.
Check-in is between 2pm-5pm (contingent upon housekeeping and home availability)
Check out by 10am.
Early check-in, late checkout may be available for an additional fee.
House is not child proof; the pool is not separated from the house. (Extra consideration needed for children under 8).
No refund will be given for early departures
Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. There is no outdoor amplified sound (no outside music).
No Smoking Only. Smoking is permitted outdoors ONLY! Guests who smoke outdoors are expected to keep their debris collected and disposed of before departure. Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited and doing so will result in loss of security deposit.
Pet(s) are welcome (at certain properties) with prior notice to management. Dog(s) only please. No cats. Please confirm with management if pets are allowed at your selected home.
Pool heat is an optional, daily charge. Pool heat is not necessary year-round (usually needed late October - early June and ranges from $49-$69/day based on pool size, depth and location). Check with manager for published rate – it is added after confirmation from AirBNB’s Resolution Center.
A Cleaning Fee will be charged and is based on a one time cleaning upon the departure of the guest and is is published under Pricing for each property.
Throughout the stay, property should be maintained in the same condition as presented at arrival. Trash and recycling should be removed and place outside in the containers provided throughout the stay. At checkout take any remaining items to the trash or recycling bins and place remaining dishes in the dishwasher.
Any commercial photography or filming requires pre-approval and additional fees.
