This house belongs to my family from the 50s when my grandfather built the palace.
My grandfather was born very poor in 1917: his mother was widowed at age 27 with five children to feed, he, being the younger male, did not go to war (World War II) and this was his salvation, it could work and study until he became a worker in a factory. Workman became director and finally owner. Hard worker and a man of talent, expanded his business and moved to where it is today Casamia.
He built the building you see today, placing behind the factory and on the flats for the workers of the factory. The top floor of his home: Casamia.
I love this place because it is the symbol of the tenacity and dignity of my grandfather, his great strength and his great courage and is also the symbol of an era that no longer exists, of a time when you could do great things, starting from having nothing.
All the penthouse is available to my guests, the check in is after 3.00 pm and check out until 10.00 am

The rental of the property includes water, cooking gas, WI-FI, linen and towels, private parking.
Electricity on consumption 0,35 set of euro per kw/h (a normal use is 20 euro per week)
Heating on consumption (2,00 euro per cubic meter).
The property is equipped with crockery, cutlery, sheets,linen and towels, toilet paper, hand soap.
The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the web pages except in the case of infants (less than 2 years old). In the event that the maximum number of individuals exceeded, the Owner reserves the right to refuse or revoke the booking. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed with the owner. The Client must not sub-let or assign the rental of the house, unless previously agreed by the Owner. Client and his guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings including jewellery and other valuables, as well as the house, which includes locking all doors and windows while away. The owner provides only an initial supply of washing-up detergent, soap, toilet paper, etc. and the Client is required to replace them when finished. The Client may not use the properties for any other purpose than of a private holiday residence for the accommodation of the Client and his guests otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Owner. The Client shall nor engage in any activity or practice that maybe or become a nuisance or annoyance to the Owner, or the occupants of adjoining land or that might invalidate any insurance policies effected on the property.
Check in / Check out
Unless otherwise specified in the description of the property, the arrival/departure must be as follows: arrival: from 3 PM; departure: by 10 AM. Arrival after 8:30 PM will be charged 10,00 Euro per hour. Any change to the arrival date and arrival time must be advised and approved by the owner and be at least 7 days in advance. In the event that the owner or his representative are not available and it is not possible to advise the owner or his representative of a late arrival, in the event that the late arrival was not previously advised of or in the event that the owner cannot accept a late arrival, the Renter alone is responsible for the cost of the overnight stay in a hotel. The owner or his representative who are then obliged to make an unplanned displacement to the property are entitled to claim from the Renter the reimbursement of their expenses. On arrival the Renter must show the rental voucher as well as all guests' passports or identity cards to the owner or his representative to enable them to proceed with their registration in accordance with Italian legal requirements.
Accidental Damage Fee
All reservations require an Accidental Damage Fee of 200,00 Euro due upon arrival ( in Euro only) to the Owner or Representative. This fee will cover any accidental damage caused to the rented house and is refundable upon departure less any deduction made for loss or damage caused by the clients or for any additional costs that were not included in the letting price.
THE OWNER OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE CAN REFUSE ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY IF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NOT PAID AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL.
Should the Renter decide to leave the property prematurely the owner or his representative is authorised to refund the deposit to the Renter by post (less any deductions for damages or any additional expenses) and only after having checked the inventory and the property in question. The Renter agrees to indemnify Owner for any damages to the dwelling or grounds and to furnishings, caused by negligence of the guest or any member of his/her party that occur during the guests stay. Tenants are asked to leave the property clean and tidy and to ensure that they take all belongings with them. On changeover days there is only time for a superficial check and a general clean. We rely upon the goodwill of our guests whose co-operation we greatly appreciate.
Should the property be left in a poor condition, requiring more intensive cleaning, then this will be charged 15,00 Euro per hour and deducted from the security deposit which the tenants pay upon arrival.
No refunds will be given for cancellations or interruption due to inclement weather or illness. Once you have checked into the property, no refund will be made for early checkouts.
There will be a 80,00 Euro charge for anyone who locks themselves out of a unit and requires additional keys made readily available for re-entry. The fee will be deducted by the Accidental Damage Fee.
Furnishings of the homes are NOT to be moved or rearranged.
Tourist tax is charged 2,50 euro per person per night (children under 12 not pay) and will be paid cash upon arrival.
