No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Crown Point Beach & Bay Vacation House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 6-8. Located at the tip of the Crown Point Peninsula, surrounded by water on 3 sides, walking distance to Crown Point Shores (Beach/Park and Recreation area). Boardwalk/Bike path just 2 blocks from the house, enjoy walking, biking or rollerblading around Mission Bay, with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. SeaWorld is walking distance and the location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown/Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, Legoland, The Wild Animal Park, and more!
3 Bedrooms: 3 Queen beds and 1 sofa sleeper
2 Bathrooms: Master Bathroom has a separate stand-up shower and large tub. Bathroom #2 has a jacuzzi shower/tub combination.
Kitchen: Kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped to handle large meals. Lots of room for many chefs in this kitchen. This kitchen has almost every accessory you could imagine. Bar stools to sit and enjoy the meal.
Living room: Large, bright, airy living room with hard wood floors throughout. Working wood fireplace and 60" Plasma HDTV. Expanded cable, Blu-Ray Player, and a extensive library of DVD movies, smart remote. Surround sound speakers and a thermostat for heat. A/C window unit that cools down most of the home as well.
Master Bedroom: Huge master bedroom with full bath. Bedroom is over 300 square feet. Gas fireplace, 42" LCD TV round out this room. A/C unit is also available in this room. Skylight and windows make this room very bright and inviting. Glass French doors open into the tropical backyard.
Second and Third Bedrooms offer plenty of closet and storage space and windows. These bedrooms each have LCD TV’s and DVD players also.
Backyard: Large backyard with expansive tropical theme. Outdoor gas firepit, large 36" barbecue with sear burners and rotisserie, side burners, sink, bar, refrigerator, kegerator, and hot tub are just some of the amenities. Just imagine making dinner outside and then sitting around the fire pit watching the SeaWorld fireworks!
*NOTE: If planning to use the KEGERATOR in the backyard, please contact us ahead of time to make sure the lines have been cleaned and the tanks are full. An additional fee of $25 is required to clean lines and refill CO2 tank when using the kegerator.
. Complimentary use of Beach Cruiser Bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas, beach blankets, portable BBQ and sand toys can be found in the garage with washer and dryer. Free WiFi, DVD and BluRay players, Flat Screen HDTV(s), BBQ, Full Kitchen, Foam sleeping mats available for extra guests, outdoor seating for 6, high-top table for 4 guests and 2 bench chairs around the fire pit all inside a fully enclosed fence.
Parking is available in the driveway. 1 car in front of gate and an additional two spots behind the gate. Street parking is available as well. Please be aware of monthly street sweeping as noted on street signs.
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.
With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and business unlike any other!
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.
In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

With Pacific Coast Vacation Properties, customer service is a high priority. We like to make sure you have what you need before you arrive and get settled into our home. We are available whenever you need us!
3 night minimum required in the off season.
7 night and a Saturday to Saturday stay may be required during peak season (June - August). Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced.
Check out time is 10 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure from our home in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Some homes do not allow pets of any kind due to owner allergies, etc.
*Please consult with management PRIOR to booking with the following information on your furry friends: age, weight and breed. An additional pet fee or deposit will apply.
**Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!
We require all guests to follow our terms and conditions listed in our rental agreement, in our emails and posted around the property. We expect all guests to be considerate of their neighbors and the condo. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise. A rental agreement will be required to be signed before the reservation is confirmed.
We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
