Sebastien and his wife were very helpful since the beginning of our booking. The location of the flat is good, just between the beach and the train station. There is a supermarket nearby and a bakery just downstairs so it was quite easy to get our needs. We found the bed a little…
Hello Tanya, We have read and taken note of your comments and would like to give some feedback as well. We are sorry that you got hot during the night but please be aware that in July, on the French Riviera, it's hot every year and the temperatures only cool down a little bit in the evening. As for the air conditioning, it is notified in the apartment’s description that none is installed. Also, it is an old building of Nice and it is forbidden to put an air conditioning equipment in the building’s facade. We provided a fan instead for a more comfortable stay. Regarding the mezzanine bed, it is visible on the photos. We are sorry that you bumped your head but the low ceiling is shown on the photos and most of French mezzanines have low ceilings. As for the balcony, our apartment doesn’t have any. We do not understand your remark because neither the description nor the photos mention or show that there is one. If you needed more comfort in the city center i.e. big bed on the ground floor + living room + air conditioning + balcony and possibly sea view), we would have recommended you to take a more spacious apartment with all the requested facilities and options. However, the rate would have been different from ours. We are quite surprised and disappointed of the given rate because the apartment is accurate and complies with the description and the photos. Best regards Sébastien and Baothy
