Recently renovated, our modern apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with breathtaking sea views, two bathrooms and a large open plan living area. Making this the ideal self-catering holiday apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, or four adults.
Fantastic ocean sunsets can be enjoyed from the large open plan living area, as well as views of Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Robben Island, the Milnerton Lighthouse, lagoon and Woodbridge Island.
The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including a fridge / freezer combo, microwave oven, dishwasher and oven & hob.
The lounge includes two comfy sofas with a flat screen TV and selection of about 60 DVD's. Satellite TV (DStv Premium) with a wide selection of channels.
NEW: We now have DStv Premium Satellite TV, which includes access to all the top sports channels. You won't miss out on your favorite sporting events while on holiday.
The en-suite bathroom includes a small bath with overhead shower. The spacious family bathroom includes a large shower.
There is a very comfortable Simmons queen-sized bed in the main bedroom. By far the best bed we have ever purchased. Both bedrooms have block-out curtains, which helps if you want to sleep-in :)
The apartment is 124 square meters, (+-1300 Square feet) and has an enclosed balcony with amazing views. (Plus ocean views from every room)
We have a private laundry room just outside our apartment. There's a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.
There is a single parking garage in a secure parking area on the ground floor.

We are Cape Town locals and can advise you on the best attractions and activities in Cape Town and surrounding areas, including Franschhoek.
There is a detailed guidebook in the apartment with information and recommendations. There are plenty of tourism brochures in the apartment.

The apartment is on the 9th floor and there are two elevators and two stairwells in the building.
Our apartment is ideal accommodation for the Cape Town 12 One Run participants. We are directly opposite the start and offer a view of the race start.
We have a fold up camp cot for an infant (6 months to 2 years). There is a foam mattress with a mattress protector, fitted sheet and foam pillow with pillowslip. We don't provide any linen or blankets for the camp cot, please bring your own. We don't have a bassinet, please bring your own if needed.
Maximum of 4 guests allowed in total. (Including children, Infants and/or Babies.) This is strictly non-negotiable.
Please abide by the building rules which are posted inside the apartment.
Please respect the neighbours and the neighbourhood by limiting noise and disturbances. No loud noise after 10pm on weekdays and on weekends.
Please be mindful of the neighbours by limiting noise and disturbances when packing late at night and/or checking out before 8:30am on weekdays and especially on weekends. Please don't drag bags and/or furniture heavily across the floor, as sound can carry.
No smoking and no pets are permitted. This is strictly non-negotiable.
No parties or "gatherings" please. This is strictly non-negotiable.
Please report any damage related to the premises to us within 24 hours of occupation or occurrence.
Keep us informed of your expected arrival time. Check-in is from 2-9pm and check-out is 10am, unless alternative arrangements have been made with us in advance. Either we will meet and greet you on arrival or one of our lovely housekeepers will be there to meet you.
Please note that check-in after 9pm is strictly not allowed at this apartment and we are non-negotiable on this.
Luggage dropoff / early check-in or late check-out
We are flexible and do offer this depending on whether we have a guest arriving / departing on the same day. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and details.
Cleaning / housekeeping before checkout
A housekeeping service is available for guests staying longer than 5 nights. There is an additional cost for this service and it must be booked in advance or on arrival. (The housekeeping "actual cleaning day" is subject to availability).
If you lose our keys and/or remote controls, we will have to charge for a replacement set.
Please only park in our automated parking garage, Nr.2. Please DO NOT park in any of the parking bays as they are dedicated to other residents in the building.
