We like to interact with the guests. We are passionate about north east India region and like to be the catalyst and conduit for tourists to explore this unexplored area. We can also organise local tours to Pobitora wildlife sanctuary, Umananda island, Brahmaputra cruise etc. Besides, quaint walking trails up to Nabagraha (temple of the planets) can be done right from our property. Our colleagues suggest other out-of-the-way places where tourists don't go normally.
Suggestions for out of the way trips which tourists are not aware of. Such as Pobitora wild life sanctuary with lots of famed and unique one horned rhinos just 45 minutes away. They say you don't see unicorns these days because they did not heed Noah's call before the floods came.
There was green alligators and long necked geese..
And humpy backed camels and some chimpanjees..
Some cats and rats and elephants and as sure as you were born...
You never gonna see no unicorn.....
But you see them in Assam: the one horned rhino !!!
We don't believe in rules and restrictions. It is a free world, isn't it?

I am passionate about north east India because I am fortunate to have travelled extensively in this region and have seen many far off, unknown but heavenly sights. Due to historical and political reasons this region has more or less been closed to tourists until lately. I like to be the catalyst or conduit, in my own humble way, for discerning tourists to explore this area.
I like travelling and getting to know other cultures. I also dig travelogues, war movies and classic rock music. Although I don't play anymore I love golf.
