Our on-site property manager lives in the adjacent property. Upon request, she can provide additional services for a reasonable fee such as pre-stocking the kitchen, available rental cars, pick up/drop off at shuttle or airport. She can provide directions to the beaches, shopping, tourist attractions and restaurants in the area, including the local eateries off the beaten path. She can help in English or Spanish.
Small pets are welcome, but please check with the on-site property manager first; there may be a small fee.
Fishing can be arranged, complete with pick up at our property.
Golf courses in the area are CostaBaja (a Trune course) and Paraiso del Mar Golf Course on the peninsula that you can see from the La Paz Malecon.
Bootsy the black and white cat has lived at Casa Cardon before we bought it so she thinks she owns the place. She's timid so you probably won't see her much, but she shows up to eat a couple of times a day. The other cat, Guerro, lives in the front property but doesn't know there's a difference between the back and the front. You may see him but he also likes quiet so won't likely stick around unless you pay attention. For you non-cat lovers...Owner Maureen is not a cat lover, but they don't bother if she ignores them. :)
It gets dark early in La Paz, so we ask that arrival is by 6pm at the latest, unless you make prior arrangements.
No smoking in the buildings; outside is ok when you use the ashtrays.
I am the on-site property manager for Casa Cardon which is owned by brother Rodney and his wife Maureen who live in Canada and escape to sunny Mexico as frequently as they can. They love visiting La Paz for fishing, golfing, and soaking up the sun. I live in the front property and will be happy to take your reservation and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
