Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bar soap, bath salts, cotton balls and swabs, dental floss, toothpaste, band aids and Tylenol.
We ask our guests to be part of an honour system. If you use it all, please replace it.
Storage: All areas are accessible, except owner storage and parkade.
The boat slip, and dock are available with supplemental completion and submission of strata documentation at least 1 week prior to arrival

The rental comes with 1 surface lot parking spot above ground. Visitor parking is for unplanned 72 hours only. Additional spots can be rented at $50week. Parking tags must be displayed to avoid towing.
You are provided with 3 sets of keys.
Lost keys will result in a $250 replacement fee for lock changes

Hanging of items of the balcony is not permitted by the strata
Max occupancy is 6 people is due to water restrictions bi-law
There is no daily housekeeping service provided. You are responsible for removing garbage to the on-site dumpster

Illegal activity or damage to property will be reported to the authorities.
Fines and legal fees resulting in violations will be passed onto the appropriate party. Additional Strata Rules and bi-laws will be distributed as part of the rental agreement package prior to arrival.

In summer, it's hard to choose between affordable world class golf and a day on the boat. The heat usually coaxes us to hit the water and delay club swinging to cooler days. In other seasons we are lucky enough to own the perfect place for a quiet fireside retreat, access to amazing skiing and local walking trails, spa and yoga.
We are both middle aged professionals who have fallen in love with the Shuswap area since childhood. This is our home away from home and want to share this treasure with others. We pride ourselves on providing contemporary and comfortable accommodations for all ages.
