Everything you need is here at our brand new guesthouse loft: a luxurious, lofted queen bedroom; high ceilings with floods of natural light, a modern kitchen, full bath with heated tile, comfy sleeper sofa for extra guests, and Stumptown Coffee with organic cream.
The loft rests at the back of the property, one block from bustling Division St, and short blocks from restaurants, coffeeshops, & the Woodsman Tavern, named “One of America’s Best Bars,” by Esquire Magazine.
Please no smoking or pets on the property. We are in a densely packed neighborhood, so please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours after 10pm.
I (Laurel) am a sustainability educator in K-12 schools throughout the Portland Metro region. I started my career as a German teacher, but transitioned to working in the environmental sustainability field around 10 years ago. If you have questions about compost, recycling, or energy efficiency, feel free to ask!
My husband, Brian, is a musician and teacher. I met him in a coffeeshop where he was playing his guitar way back in 2002. He started his teaching career in a music studio, and now teaches social studies and literacy at an alternative high school.
Brian and I both hail from the Midwest, and have a special love and appreciation for that region. We have lived in Portland since 2007, and love exploring the region.
