Enjoy one of three spacious guest rooms located on the second floor of a charming home just 6 miles outside downtown Denver. This comfy and cozy second floor room has a queen-size bed, large closet and a private bath.
This is a spacious private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large closet. A private bathroom with shower/ tub is located on the same floor. My home includes two other private guest rooms with double beds, so guests who book as larger parties will share the bathroom. My bedroom is on another floor allowing guests privacy. You have access to the kitchen, family room, parking and internet. Downtown Denver, lakes, trails, shopping, dining and more all within 15 minutes.
In addition to a private bed and bath, guests will have access to the family room, shared kitchen (you're welcome to cook), backyard, parking and the laundry room. Small amenities, such as soap, shampoo, clean towels and bottles of water will be provided to make your stay more enjoyable.
1) If you’re traveling in a group, I have three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people - two in each room. I am flexible when it comes to accommodating a variety of guest combinations. Guests looing to book multiple rooms will be offered a discounted rate after they inquire.
2) I do have a large, friendly dog who stays with me downstairs (he isn’t allowed in guest rooms to accommodate for allergies and will remain out of your way).
There is also no smoking and no pets. Other than that, I just ask that you be respectful and reasonably quiet when it's late as I will be one floor down.
I am available to answer questions during your stay and I’m happy to give suggestions on attractions and things to do.
Hi! I have owned my own business since graduating from college forever ago and have lived in Denver since 1986 since moving from Montana. I enjoy lots of activities that both Colorado and large cities offer-concerts, dancing, hikes, and travel. I volunteer for a few tutoring non-profits and like to read and write creatively. I use to restore old cars but that passion has faded. Mostly, since my career in real estate and lending involves a bunch of paperwork, I like to get outside and explore, or do projects with my hands. I am friendly but not intrusive. And, of course, I am always up for new places to explore, especially in Colorado.
