If other guests are visiting, the full bath [3rd level] + renovayed full bath [walkout level] + powder room [2nd level/entry] are shared.
All spaces both inside and outside are guest accessible -- all three levels of our home except the business office. The walkout gameroom is accessible if another guest is not occupying the space as sleeping quarters. All areas highlighted in the photographs are completely available to you as our guest. Outdoor features include a recently installed pergola-covered upper deck, lower covered patio with fire pit for roasting marshmallows, meandering creek and small front porch. Guests are welcomed to accompany Bebe to her Focus Fitness classes and/or use the entry key for a convenient workout using the gym's equipment.

Dick maintained his home in Hawaii for over 39 years, living on Oahu and attending school on the Big Island at HPA.

To ensure the highest standards are maintained, no smoking or pets are allowed. Each room boasts a night lite and our home is maintained by using Melaleuca's Ecosense and Norwex products because they are better and safer for your health and environment. An independent contractor, Windows by Mark, supplements ongoing cleaning. In addition, Jazmin Chavez and her staff from JC Cleaning provide highly professional cleaning services in a timely manner.
Mutual respect will be extended to you. Dick and Bebe expect mutual respect in return. To ensure the highest standards for your ongoing comfort, our home is smoke and pet-free. In keeping with the Hawaiian tradition, shoes are removed once you enter the foyer. Freshly, Melaleuca laundered socks are provided for your added care. Maximum capacity is two guests unless additional guests are preauthorized. Eating is confined to the upper deck, lower patio, kitchen, dining room and/or family room. The spirit of Aloha prevails. Dick and Bebe are outgoing and look forward to hosting you in their home. This power couple's favorite travel destination is almost anywhere in Europe. Bebe is an avid reader; enjoy their two extensive libraries during your visit. She is a retired superintendent of schools who enjoys volunteer work in the community. On the other hand, Dick is a golf enthusiast and wonderful teller of related adventures. He will also share the time he lived in Salzburg, Austria. Dick lived in Hawaii for 39 years before moving to NC 11 years ago; now has his own business selling B2B phones and credit card processing. A blended family of four adult children, one of their two sons, Christopher, is a 2003 graduate of Elon University.
