This is a cool bedroom for people who like to sleep on low mattresses. The mattress is super comfortable (more than a typical bed), it is Sultan Tafjord brand. The room has the basics, and you can use the rest of the spacious apartment to hang out.
In addition to the bed you can crash on the pull out couch in the common room, this is where the second guest could stay in case you are not a couple:).
Feel free to use the entire apartment.
The building is HK style, so a bit old but has a nice doorman and the apartment is sound isolated to the top, so you can play music and relax without any worry.
I do not mind you coming in at any hour. As long as you behave appropriate for a house guest:). I have lived across the globe for the past 14 years, have lived with over 50 house mates, and I am pretty easy going. Since I am an architect, I tend to spend most of my time in the office, and I return home relatively late, so the apartment will really be yours most of the time. Until August 15 my guest in the room next door is a female that prefers to room with a female, so if you are male looking to book before August 15 it will be tough.
You can reach out to me in case you have any questions, no problem! I will have a key ready for you, if you are two guests I will give each a key. We can arrange pick up and delivery pretty easy, not a problem.
I am architect working in HK since 2013, and I was here also in 2011 for seven months. Originally from Montenegro, I have lived and traveled across the world for the past 14 years: I studied in Boston, worked in Paris, Barcelona, NYC, Rotterdam, and visited each continent for projects. I am super easy going, always happy to meet new people. I do not cook much, so if you do that's a plus - I'd be happy to learn:) I typically work until 8-9pm but could also work until 2-3am, and I play basketball a lot, at least three nights a week. When around I'm happy to grab a beer and catch up! In addition to English, I speak Montenegrin (or any of the ex Yu languages:), Italian, Spanish, and some French.
