I am 29 years old and work as an Audit/IT Consultant for a firm in Philadelphia. I live with my two dogs (Paulie Walnuts and Gretel) and girlfriend (Monique). We love to travel and live an active lifestyle in the city. I bought this property 6 years ago and have loved every minute of it, watching the neighborhood grow and incrementally receive recognition by local and national news as a hotbed for living, dining (emphasis on dining) and entertainment. People are realizing what a great neighborhood East Passyunk Crossing is - it's a blend of old and new with little to no tension between parties. I can't stress how enjoyable buying my first home here has been. I'm heavily into the Eagles and Sixers, basketball, running, music (you'll find there are about 10 speakers in the house), wrestling and being active with my dogs, trekking to the Jersey shore (Wildwood Crest), shows on HBO, visiting breweries (Mo and I have been to 60 in the past two years), and logging some quality time with my friends and family.
