When you sent the messages my friend Luca, who helps me, was in a 13 hours flight to Japan and could not see the messages and I was at work so I saw the problem late, I was not in town but got grab of the car and came immediately as I saw the problem. It is the first time in 2 years as Airbnb host that the power goes out...
About the other issues, I am sorry but everything is described. It is a third floor with no elevator, and it's written, the kind of beds (no one ever complained) is described, the dryer is a service we do not offer (check the list). I understand your anger about the power cut, but it's not fair to complain about things that are correctly described in the announce.
The remark on the towels is the most bizarre: towels and sheets are furnished by a professional service and are the same ones you get at Hotels.
