A 2 bed apartment just minutes walk from the coast. Sleeping 5 it has a bright & airy kitchen living room, it's own garden that benefits from all day sunshine and very close to award winning beaches. Four-legged friends welcome.
There are bunk beds in the second bedroom, children under 6 should not use the top bunk.
The bedroom windows open wide and so the window in the second bedroom is kept locked. There is a key at the property but if this window is opened then this is done at the occupants risk and must be locked again before you leave.
One dog is welcome, second on request, but I do ask dogs are kept off the sofas and beds and are not left in the property alone.
The dogs must not be allowed on the grass to the left of the Ridge's garden, as this belongs to other residents who overlook their lawn directly.
The Ridge is no smoking although smokers are welcome to smoke in the garden but are asked to ensure they remove all trace of cigarettes.
Any dog mess or cigarette butts left in the garden will incur a charge for cleaning up.
Please leave the apartment clean and today, as you would like to find it. I don’t charge a cleaning fee as I hope people respect my apartment, but if washing up is left, food is left in cupboards and the bins aren't emptied etc, then I will be imposing a £50 cleaning fee.
I love my apartment and hope you will enjoy being there too and look after it. Full details and instructions about the property are provided.

I live two lives, one working for a law firm, the other in the countryside, walking, exploring and going everywhere with my dog, and sneaking in more than one 'trip of a lifetime'. The most incredible being a solo road trip to the Arctic Circle with just my Labrador and 14 yr old Landrover. Having lived in France for 5 years, now travelling a lot with work and splitting my time between Swanage and Hertfordshire I really believe wherever you stay needs to be comfortable and feel as if you're at home.
