This fully remodeled apartment is bright, clean and comfortable. It is 3 blocks from Sloan's Lake and a 15 minute drive to downtown Denver. Off street parking is easy to find and coffee shops, restaurants and breweries are just blocks away!
The apartment is a garden apartment with a private entrance. The ceiling height is a bit low (around 6 ft in some places), so if you are tall, please keep this in mind! Plenty of street parking.
This space is great for folks traveling for work or play. It's quiet and clean, and very easy to get downtown, or west toward the mountains. The guest room also has an ironing board and iron for those traveling for work.
This listing is for the garden apartment in my home. Only this space is available for guest use, as I live in the upstairs.
Free street parking is available anywhere around the home. Please don't use the carport unless otherwise notified. Chase Street is recommended over 26th, as it tends to be quieter and less traveled.
