Beautiful spacious home in the city's best location! Walk to everything. Top quality bedding ( 1 king and 3 queen bedrooms as well as 2 double sized sofa beds). This Arts&Crafts home was built in 1901 and still has the beautiful details of that era but has been fully remodeled for modern living.
On the first floor, there is a spacious double living room, a full dining room, a kitchen with island and a full bath. On the second floor are three queen bedrooms, two full baths and a small den with a double sized sleeper sofa. The third floor is a beautiful, open master suite with a king bed, claw foot tub, walk in shower for two and a toilet closet.
Each bedroom and den has a 32" flat screen television with a larger flatscreeen in the first floor living room. Cable and wifi are provided.
There is a large deck with seating for 10 and a gas grill. The gracious front porch also has seating and a lovely street view.
Please note we are required by law to collect the Kentucky state sales and transient taxes as well as the Louisville Metro transient tax, just as if your were staying in an hotel. these taxes are not collected by Airbnb.
The home is all yours for the duration of your stay, including separate garage for two cars, spacious porch and huge back deck.

Although just a few hundred feet from the action on Bardstown road, this is a quiet street. No noise on the deck is permitted after 10pm and we ask that you be respectful of neighbors at all times. This house is ideal for up to 6 singles, 4 couples or families of up to 12. We do not permit singles groups of more than 6 persons. We are required by law to collect the Louisville Metro Transient tax (8.5%) . Please note these are not collected or remitted by Airbnb in our area, currently Airbnb collects only the Kentucky Sales tax and Kentucky transient tax. Every hotel or host in Louisville is required to collect and remit this tax.
We don't ask you to clean, but we do require that you not disturb the neighbors. This home sits on a small lot, our neighbors are just a few feet away. No deck use after 9pm weekdays or 10pm weekends. This home is great for families or couples traveling together, but it is not an appropriate for groups of more than 6 single guys. Absolutely no parties or events. A pet will be considered, please ask before booking. Please be aware that the Louisville Metro transient tax is not currently collected by airbnb and must be paid separately after booking.
