Hi Brian, thank you for your feedback. Our accommodation price is separate to that of AirBnB's which they receive as a service provider. Unfortunately we have no control over what AirBnB charges as their service fee. The rate charged by us for the unit was $240 per night for a three bedroom unit over the school holiday period. Any other costs unfortunately are above and beyond our influence and, as previously mentioned, must be raised with AirBnB.
I'm sorry you feel that we didn't provide you with basic supplies. The unit is set up as self contained which can be equated to a holiday house rental. The additional amenities we do provide are over and above what is normally provided in a self contained unit. While the portal you used is called AirBnB, this does not mean that all properties listed are Bed and Breakfasts, AirBnB hosts all types of accommodation businesses, from couch surfing, to tree houses to whole house rentals and each provider that uses AirBnB has their own house rules, things that they supply and interactions with guests. I do apologise if, for this reason, you were confused about what was included.
