Fernbank was originally an apple barn, now converted to a comfortable 2 storey end of terrace self catering holiday cottage. Ideal for couples but can accommodate three. There is a cosy double bedroom and also another single room with an unusual 'bunk style' single bed with a short ladder to climb. High chair and travel cot available. One of the leather sofas in the lounge is also a sofa bed if needed. There is a spacious fitted kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The compact bathroom has been completely redecorated and refitted with a walk-in shower in January 2017. The patio is private and fully enclosed. Minimum stay 3 nights. Prices vary with the season, please check.
Guests will have the cottage to themselves, a private patio and space for parking. Access is via a private alleyway between the cottage and our house.

Pets are allowed (within reason! ). Please let us know if you want to bring pets when you enquire about booking. We do ask that dogs are not left unattended in the cottage.

My husband, Nick and I live next door to the holiday cottage and love living here in Warton village. We enjoy nature and the outdoors, birdwatching, cycling, and walking our dog in the beautiful countryside around us. We also enjoy travelling and meeting new people, eating out and visiting country pubs.
