The condo unit is located at Tower 3 of SMDC Light Residences. The condo unit is fully furnished with Wi-Fi, aircon, 32-inch TV, washing machine and fully-functioning kitchen. Amenities include RFID turnstile at building entrance, a lap pool, gym and a mall located on lower floors. The building is also connected to the Boni MRT station for ease of travelling in the metro.
This is a 1-bedroom air-conditioned condo unit (24 square meters) that can fit a maximum of 3 pax.

*Upon booking, please provide a scanned copy of valid government issued ID (passport) with photo of all occupants as this is required by the Building's Security and Administration offices. Only guest names submitted are allowed to sleep in the unit. Please understand that this is for security and safety of all.
*This is a privately owned residential condominium, NOT a hotel, or serviced apartment BUT a clean and decent accommodation with good amenities and location. *SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note that you are NOT paying this up front, this only comes into the picture if a claim is submitted.
- Please switch off the water heater, aircon and lights when leaving the unit
- No sticking and posting on walls and doors
- No durians or strong smelling food
- Only light cooking is allowed. Please switch on the hood when cooking.
- No hanging of clothes in the windows
- Please keep the unit clean and tidy as your own house. Appreciate it a lot :)
*To ensure comfort and normal wear and tear of the unit, the maximum number of guest are 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 1 Child. Child/baby is considered as an additional guest. Only registered guest/s are allowed to sleep in the unit. Should there be a violation of this rule, the full security deposit will be claimed.
*HOUSEKEEPING: No daily housekeeping/maid service. Linens are included in the unit. Linens are not permitted to be taken from the unit. Complimentary starter kit of toilet paper, soap and shampoo are supplied. If more is needed, guests can resupply through the Supermarket on the ground floor which is highly convenient.
*Only use furniture and appliances for their intended uses.
*WATER AND SEWER: Appreciate if you DO NOT FLUSH any toilet paper, feminine products or any other items that will cause drain clog. Please use the designated toilet trash bin. Should the system get clogged and found that an item is lodged, a penalty to cover the damage will be charged to the deposit.
*ACTS OF GOD/3RD PARTY VENDORS: The host cannot guarantee and will not be responsible for acts of God or 3rd party vendors that may result in loss of electricity, water, internet connectivity, television, schedule maintenance of the amenities & etc. Please understand that this is beyond our control. When reported, we'll do our best to contact the appropriate company to help expedite repairs.
*STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If guest is found smoking inside the unit, full deposit will be forfeited.
*STRICTLY NO HANGING OF CLOTHES/LAUNDRY BY THE WINDOW. Security personnel will issue warnings to anyone who violates this rule. The second warning will warrant a fine and will be recorded in our file as owners. Therefore, any guest found violating this rule will forfeit their security deposit in full.
*Sorry, NO pets or animals allowed.
*Please respect the neighbors. Refrain from loud and rowdy noise inside the condo. If there is any complain from the neighbor or building management, I may have to ask you to check-out immediately and unfortunately, there will be no refunds.
*We appreciate keeping the the place tidy, cutlery and utensils washed and kept clean after use.
*ENTRY AND INSPECTION. Host reserves the right to enter the unit at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the unit or other authorized persons. If Host has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Host may enter the unit without advance notice.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT. A security deposit is required by AirBnB. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. It will not be charged to your card when you book and after your stay provided the following are met:
-No damage done to apartment or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
-No lingering odors on furniture or bedding from pungent food, scented oils or topical medications.
-No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or smoking inside the apartment during the stay.
-No clogging of sewer system (see water and sewer section)
-The Guest is not evicted by Host, property management, or law enforcement.
-No lost key/s.
-No missing contents (inventory list is provided in the unit)
*RESERVATION POLICY. 3rd party reservations are not accepted. You must make your own reservation, and occupy the unit yourself.
*WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS. Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
*HOLD HARMLESS. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.
*TERMINATION. If Guest violates the terms of these Guest Rules, this agreement may be terminated and the guest will vacate the premises immediately and all unused fees will not be refunded.
