Just have fun during your stay but respect the fact that you stay in someones house who might have to work the next day (so please keep the noise low if you come home late for example).
Cat(s) live in the house
Martine is a great host. She communicates well and was flexible accommodating my uncertain arrival time. Check in process was very pleasant. The sheets were nice and soft. The room is roomy and light. The reason I have to take away two stars out of five is smocking hosts. They broke their own house rules and smoked. My room smelled and I could not even open the window to blow it out. Sorry, but this is completely unacceptable.
Martine and Dustin were fantastic hosts from the start. We were looking for an apartment and they were very supportive giving us lots of advice about the city. The apartment is lovely and has the best view of the city. Very clean and a lovely atmosphere with great people. Hope we see them again while we're in The Hague!
We needed just a place to sleep and shower, but with Martine's special care and hospitality we had a real homey experience. The room is clean and bright, as is the rest of the apartment, and with the host's especially kind and caring spirit, the stay was nice and cosy. Martine and Dustin are communicative, very respectful and discreet, I am happy to recommend their house and company to others.
Martine and her boyfriend were really nice! We had a mini fridge in the room; bath and shower are next door. More over there were a lot of useful things like a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and a sink with mirror right in the room. The flat was near the center, like 10 to walk. And from the kitchen we had a really nice view over The Hague. All in all it was a good experience living in Martines flat.
