Observance of the following house rules during your stay is highly appreciated:
1.Registration and identification of each Guest is mandatory. A copy of a personal ID or passport will be required of all Guests.
2.Guests will receive prior notice of any costs related to services offered.
3.Property rental fees must be paid as follows: 50% at the time of reservation, and 50% at the time of arrival.
4.Check-in time is 3:00PM, unless different arrangements have been previously coordinated with Management.
5.Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Later check-out times are available. Please coordinate with Management.
6.It is strictly prohibited:
•To make loud noises or provoke altercations that may disturb the tranquility of other tenants in the apartment complex.
•To use the apartment without the absolute observance of stated laws and regulations.
•To use electricity and other house equipment in a manner contrary to the ones for which they were designed.
•To destroy or damage furniture or other apartment goods as a result of misuse. Guest is required to pay for any replacement of furniture and/or goods and/or repairs to such caused by damage and/or misuse.
7.Guest is responsible for all keys issued. In case keys are lost, Guest must pay for their replacement.
8.Persons not registered as Guests cannot stay overnight.
9.Under any circumstance, the occupancy in each room shall not exceed the agreed-upon capacity.
10.The guest must specify the length of his/her stay at time of registration. The unit of time consisting of one day expires at 12 noon each day.
1.Before making a reservation, please consult availability via our website or over the phone. A response will be provided within 24 hours after the consultation is made.
2.The required 50% deposit to finalize a reservation can be made in the form of a bank deposit or account transfer.
3.Reservations are registered under the name of the person making the reservation, unless another person has been designated.
4.If rental property is not available due to unexpected reasons or reasons beyond our control, after a Guest has made his/her reservation, Management will try to find alternate accommodations in another rental property of similar standards as the one reserved. Guests will notified before arrival, whenever possible.
5.A Guest who cancels his/her reservation is entitled to a refund of their deposit, as long as notice of cancellation is made 5 days in advance of agreed arrival date.
6.Guests who do not take possession of the apartment on the agreed-upon arrival date or who do not contact Management to cancel the reservation 24 hours in advance, will not be refunded the amount corresponding to the first night.
VI. ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Administration is bound to respect the agreed-upon rules, in accordance with the nature of lodging and all legal regulations and practices of the country.
1.Thefts and intentional damage to property will be reported to proper police channels immediately.
2.At the end of the Guest’s stay, Management will inspect rental property.
3.Cost for lost keys or any damages to rental property will be charged at the time of check-out.
VII. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS:
It is understood that at the time the reservation is made, the Guest has been informed and has accepted all regulations stated above with relation to the use of the rental property.
