The Appartement is situated next to the famous ”104”, which when opening to the public, was named ”2. Centre Pompidou”.
By car you'll reach the garage of your ”home” within 3 minutes from the "Porte d'Aubervilliers". You can rent a closed garage under the building which is 30€ until 7 days stay. From 8 days to one month it is 60€. Just beside the garage-box you've got the 2 lifts which bring you up to the appartement.
From the Metro lines 7 (Riquet) und 12 (Marx Dormoy) you got there within 6-7 minutes.
Inside this ”Residence Villa Curial” the appartement is located with western exposure in the last and 12. floor with no building in front of you. Fantastic sunset guaranted!
From this 12sqm large terrasse you got this amazing view on Eiffel tower, Sacré Coeur and so on. From midday on it is sunny at this place to have a relaxing view and in the evening a barbecue with friend you made durong the day. Parisians love to barbecue also ;-)) (a grill is there).
All floors with wooden parquet. Large sliding doors to the terrasse.
All you may need during your stay you'll find in the kitchen. Even a bottle of wine , warter, tea, coffee, etc, etc. (Please fill up before leaving).
The nice illuminated bathroom has also a washing machine. In the cuppboards you have handkershiefs and so on.
The 19 arrondissement is the new "IN-quarter". At the Bassin de la Villette, which is only little more then 5 minutes away you'll be at ht strand of Paris during the summer, called ”Paris plage”. A big number of new Bars, Cafés, restorants are on the way in direction to Pkace de la Republique. along the Canal Saint Martin. One of my favorite restorant on this way is ”Les enfants perdus” (the lost children). But also the famous "Hôtel du Nord” which was title and location of 1938 number one film.
In nothern direction you take a nice walk on the channel to the interesting parc de la Villette with the music museum "Musée de la musique" and the museum of sience ”Cité de la science" with special offers even for children of all ages doesn't matter if they speak already french or not...
