This is a remodeled, modern & clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. It is in an ideal location with bamboo floors throughout, new furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and sleeping accommodations for 4. Dogs allowed with approval and additional $100 charge for cleaning rugs/furniture before the next guest.

The condo is on the second floor of a residential neighborhood. The space has bamboo hardwood floors throughout, and modern/clean furnishings. There is a large balcony off the dining room with four adirondack chairs. The dining room inside has seats for four and is directly off the kitchen. The living room has a sectional couch and a side chair. The guest room has 2 twin beds and a desk. The bathroom for this bedroom is directly across the hall. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. There is a TV in the living room with direct tv and wifi throughout.
I use Resort Lock for access which is a keyless electronic door lock. I will send you a code which will be active for the duration of your stay. The door locks automatically after 5 seconds so make sure you keep your code on your phone or with you if you take a quick trip out.

I will be available 24/7 if you need anything while you are there. I can help with restaurants/shopping/golf/day trips/questions about the condo/etc.
Extra sheets/towels/toilet paper/tissue paper/soaps etc are in the hall closet. My cleaning crew can come thru while you are there if you prefer however it will of course be spotless when you move in.
Pets allowed with $100 additional charge and must be approved ahead of booking.
If you have a dog, please email me first. There is a $100 extra charge so I can steam the rugs/furniture for future guests. Please treat the space as your own. Let me know if anything is not working and I will get someone to tend to it ASAP. I just repainted/bought new furniture/refinished the floors so I hope you enjoy the new space. Strict no smoking policy. Pets allowed with approval prior to booking with additional $100 charge.
Check in - There is likely a guest checking out the morning you arrive. The cleaners are scheduled for 12-noon and should be complete by 2pm. If I can get the cleaning crew to complete their work before 2pm, I will be sure to send you a note.
Check out - There is likely a guest scheduled to arrive the afternoon you leave. I have the cleaning crew scheduled to start at 12-noon so please make arrangements to vacate prior to 12-noon.
Electronic keypad - the front door has an electronic access system. This system locks automatically after 5 seconds so there is no need to re-enter a code when leaving. This being said, make sure you have this code with you at all times so that you do not get locked out if you run out for a quick trip. This code is specific to you during your stay and nobody else will have access to the condo.
