Enjoy full use of one side of our newer two level duplex built in 2000. We have measured each room so you have a clear idea of space. See measurements below. This is a sunny, filled with light home. The upstairs level is street level access. Upstairs level: living room and dining area feature open floor plan. Full, cozy kitchen provides all amenities. Master bedroom features large walk in closet, armoire, Queen bed, connected to full bathroom. Second bedroom features walk in closet, armoire, double bed, directly across hall from the full bathroom. Downstairs level accessible from the double garage (of course, as well as the stairs in the home), and features a very cozy bedroom with over/under bunk beds, and a large walk in closet with chest of drawers. This bedroom is connected to bathroom with shower. Full laundry with washer and dryer also located downstairs. Our double garage with remote opener is accessible from a paved alley road behind the duplex.

We are delighted to welcome our guests to this wonderful area. We are available as needed, and will provide our cell phones as well as our home landline numbers to our guests. We are less than 10 minutes away, and we enjoy living in the same neighborhood.
You will be less than 10 minutes from Uintah Gardens shopping center with supermarket, bank, etc.--just turn the corner and drive along Uintah St. Turn the corner in the other direction and you are headed within minutes to the Garden of the Gods--not to be missed in any season! Please see distances below. Please note we have a PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER in the livingroom/dining upstairs. We also have large fans for all of the bedrooms.

3. We enjoy and respect our family neighborhood--please, no excess noise after 10 pm.
4. Check in is 3 pm, and checkout is 11 am. When possible,
checkout times can be adjusted.
5. The only overnight guests are those stated in the agreement.
6. The cost of any damage or loss to the property or its contents, or any excessive cleaning required, will be withheld from the security deposit.
7. Home is privately owned. Home owners are not responsible for any accidents, illnesses or injuries occurring on premises or its facilities, or the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
Louis is a retired engineer, and creates copies of ancient Eastern Orthodox icons. He is also busy managing the airbnb duplex. Irene is a published author, and also has produced educational videos and presents workshops about safety training for people with developmental disabilities. Louis studies history and Irene studies menus--a perfect combination. We are lucky and blessed to have two wonderful adult children and a brand new spectacular grandson. We have been very satisfied guests via airbnb and are now delighted to offer you our hospitality and our duplex so you can enjoy the Rocky Mountains and the Front Range.
