I am glad that HAN and his group stayed. The home had a spring cleaning for ten hours before he arrived. The home has been remodeled since his stay and the pictures are up. The home is on the water and we can not control when cob web(s) arrive. There were paper towels in the house and I saw their little boy walking out of our house with a roll of paper towels. The house rules were to remove the sheets from the beds and leave them near the front door. They kindly made the beds with the sheets for me and picked up after themselves. As for pricing, the hotel rooms in town are more expensive for two rooms and do not give a living, dining room, kitchen area, private porches etc. As for the TV, it is on the wall and we did not promise a TV but just in case, I did offer to buy one. I don't tell guests that there is one because we are working on the antenna. I guess someone could hook up a DVD player and it could work. Note: Canandaigua is pricey because the taxes are really high, land values are similar to Lake Tahoe in CA, the short summer season and because it is waterside.
