We're remote owners but provide our contact numbers as well as local contacts that can lend support in the unlikely event of an emergency. Our home is designed by frequent travelers for turnkey simplicity and private independence.

Our homeowner association insurance does not allow outdoor fires or cooking except in the grills provided on the community deck. No grills or outdoor fires on our patio or yard area.
Open fireplace damper before lighting a fire and never leave a fire unattended.
Overflow parking and non residential vehicles (RV, bus, commercial) must park offsite with limited adjacent street parking available.
Maximum guests allowed by homeowner's association is 6 persons.

If you desire flexible checkout, please request as far in advance as possible, so we can confirm it will work in consideration of other bookings and cleaning schedule. Same day requests often may not work, so please plan ahead.
We love Santa Fe and the colorful history of the southwest. We started visiting Santa Fe with my wife's parents decades ago and ultimately bought our second home and began counting down toward our retirement move. In the meanwhile we share the love with others by opening the doors of our place to visitors.
My wife and I are both professionals in the financial services industry. I do technical research and development and she is a commercial property risk manager. We have a large family including 10+ grandchildren ( I loose count). We travel a lot with family and business taking us all over the country and occasionally the globe.
