The cabinet in the dining room has fine Villeroy and Boch crockery and Riedel crystal glassware (hand wash only). We respectfully ask that care is taken when using these items as they are expensive. We hope you understand that we will ask for replacement value if any of these items are broken. There are everyday glasses in the cupboard above the stove.

We also ask that you tidy up after yourself. This includes:
1. putting the dishes in the dishwashwer and turning it on.
2. washing pots, pans and platters
3. discharding rubbish: There is a garbage shute behind the lifts. It is not suitable for bottles or large bags but bottles can be disposed of in a wheelie bin outside the Level 2 lifts as you leave or, for large quantities, in the skip between basement and ground. You need to go to basement and then walk up to Ground level and you will see it on the left. We will ask to be reimbursed for extra cleaning time that the cleaner will need to spend above her reasonable cleaning.
4. Quiet time after 10pm - Please be considerate with your noise/music levels, particularly late at night when others are trying to sleep
5. Parties: no more than 10-15 guests. Guests who are not booked to stay overnight should not stayover and sleep on the couch etc.

Do not hesitate to rent this unit if you're looking for a place in central Brisbane. Amazing location and close to everything downtown. It is a 3 minute walk to the CityCat service. What a great way to see the city. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Fantastic flat with amazing views and terrace - very well appointed kitchen for those wishing to cook - but very central location to nice restaurants in the CBD and Eagle Street Pier. Also very convenient to public transit and a taxi stand just across the street from front door. We thought this place was amazing and cannot wait for a return visit!

Lovely apartment with some of the best views in Brisbane! You won't regret looking out over the river, day or night, from the floor to ceiling windows in the apartment. Fortunately, all our days in Brisban were sunny, which made it all the more enjoyable. We didn't use the coffee machine, but it's definitely a nice piece of equipment. We arrived a little bit before check in time and were graciously accommodated while the final cleaning touches on the apartment were being done from the previous guest. As we'd had 18 hours of travel prior, we very much appreciated it! You should note that the apartment is in a building that appears to be a hotel too (I'm not quite sure how it works), so we were a bit confused on arrival and the front desk staff were, shall we say, less than friendly. Not really the fault of the folks who own the apartment, but just be aware that this is indeed your building. It's safe and secure, as anyone using the elevator must swipe their key to go any where but the ground floor. There are some good restaurants just around the corner--we especially like Edwards Street Kitchen. If you have the time, we recommend catching the City Hopper over to Southbank, especially on a weekend. Thanks again for a great stay in Brisbane!
