Once used as a tavern, now fully redecorated in istrian style, completely covered in stone, in quiet neighbourhood, distanced only 2 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beach/promenade in Pula, ideal for a couple getaway and vacation especially in the summer time..
Apartment is located in residential and quiet part of the town, but really close to everything necessary like shops, restaurants, bank, gas stations, bus stations, postal office, green market, hospital, pharmacy etc..
Apartment is very close to pebble beach (2 minutes walking distance) in a quiet neighborhood. It is located on a ground floor of a private house, with area of 32 square meters. Grapes and kiwi's are covering whole yard and providing pleasurable shade from sun.
It has terrace perfect for evening enjoyment with family or friends.
There is a bedroom with a queen size bed that is actually made from two separate beds which can be separated at request.
There is also a couch in the apartment but unfortunately, it can't provide sleeping place therefore, only two quests can be accommodated in the apartment.
You'll have access to whole apartment as listed. That's a terrace, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with two one-person beds (can be combined together if requested).
Apartment is located on ground floor, easy accessible.
You will have access to a stone covered barbecue that is located on the ground floor, please ask before using it so we can provide everything you need.
Since this place is adapted "konoba" the height of the bathroom is 2 meters. Height in the shower is also 2 meter, so it may cause some small discomfort for tall people.

Since the apartment is located in a private house, there are few other apartments. My parents are living in apartment in the same house, so they will be at your disposal at any given time.
I'm often visiting my parents and I'll be at disposal for any thing necessary. Of course, you can get in touch with me via mobile, e-mail or airbnb.
There is one parking space specifically reserved for the guests of our apartment which means that no one else is allowed to park there! Space is located right outside of the apartment in the yard of the house (when parking in, one must open the front gate) in a perfect shade provided from kiwi trees!
Free wireless connection is available in whole apartment with unlimited use and good and stable connection!
We can provide portable crib with linen and baby feeding highchair! (no extra charge)
In summer time there can be some mosquitoes, for which we provide anti-mosquito electric repellent.
1. Upon arrival to the apartment, registration in the tourist office is mandatory and will be made by property owner. In order to registrate your stay, property owner will take your passports (in some cases ID cards and drivers licence are acceptable) which will be returned to you the next day in the latest. Registration is made online and at your request we can issue confirmation of your stay in PDF file format (send to you on e-mail or we can print hard copy). No additional fee is required.
2. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Property owner will change bed linen every 7 days and towels every 4 days. Additional towels will be provided if needed. Please keep your apartment clean and in order during your stay. The property owner is not required to clean and tidy up. We kindly ask you to take out the garbage daily during the summer. Smoking is forbidden in the bedrooms. Please consider the possible fire danger.
3. The property owner has no right to enter the rented apartment or use the guest's personal belongings without prior announcement to and permission from the guest. The host can enter the apartment in the absence of the guest only when there is reason to believe that the apartment or guest is in danger or that the guest violated the house rules.
4. The property owner is not responsible for the guest's belongings, but will do anything in her or his power to protect and warn the guest of possible dangers.
5. Pets are not allowed. Bringing pets is not allowed and the property owner have the right to cancel the accommodation.
6. Noise and rumble are not welcomed in the house, particularly during the sleeping time between 23:00 and 8:00 in the morning and in the afternoon between 14:00 and 17:00. You are obliged to mannerly behavior both adults and children, for child supervision during their playtime, for drought making and door battering.
7. Please take good care of the rented room or apartment, and turn of electric appliances and taps. Do not leave the air-conditioner on if there is no need for it, for example, while you are out of the apartment, and do not use it with open windows and doors. Please close all the doors and windows when out so there would be no damage in case of storm, lighting or drought. Turn off water taps, power, gas. Please, do not take indoor chairs, covers, bed linens, blankets or pillows and use them on terrace or expose them to prolonged direct sunlight or rain.
8. Persons who are not the house guests are not allowed to stay overnight, to reside all day long at the premises or use the house appliances without explicit consent of the property owner. In case unregistered persons or persons that are not announced during reservation are found in the room, the property owner have the right to cancel accommodation. If absent from the premises for longer than 2 days, please inform the property owner.
9. The guest who causes damage to property on purpose or by accident will have to make restitution for the full amount of damage. At the day of his or her departure, the guest is obliged to invite the property owner to check in his or her presence all rooms and house appliances to prove that they are not damaged. All unreported damages will be charged in according to damage level.
10. At the day of the departure, you are kindly requested to leave the rented room or apartment until 10 AM so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests.
11. The guest who violates house rules and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally refused accommodation.
12. It is implied that, upon arrival and checking in, the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to obligations and conditions prescribed by it. Any disputes that cannot be resolved in agreement with the property owner will be resolved through police intervention or in legal proceedings before the court of Pula. Complaints will be considered only if they have been reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be taken into consideration.
The House Rules follow the custom and practice of the catering and tourism industry.
