Just steps from Oak Bay Ave Village, and a short distance to Willows beach or downtown is our beautifully renovated home. A little bit modern...a little bit rustic would describe our home well. 3 bedrooms, full bathroom and laundry on top floor. The main floor has open concept kitchen and dining, cozy living areas and an arts and crafts room. There is a large gas fireplace in main living room. Fir floors/tiles throughout and many wood details make our home very warm and inviting:) There is a fourth bedroom on the lower floor that has a double bed and can be made available if needed.
In this amazing neighbourhood, our house is a tree-lined street away from funky coffee shops, fantastic restaurants and boutique stores. Public transit is steps away.

Our main "rule" is to have our guests respect all the wood throughout our home. Our floors are fir and have been oiled instead of varnished so we do ask that shoes not be warn. We provide slippers, or let your feet feel how buttery soft our floors are :) This is our family home and prefer to rent to guests who are looking to relax, not party:)
