Our beautifully renovated ocean view studio is located at the Royal Kahana on the West side of Maui. The Royal Kahana is an oceanfront property only 15 minutes from Lahaina and 10 minutes from Kaanapali. The property is within walking distance to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of Molokai and the coast stretching all the way up to Kapalua from our condo and lanai. Parking & Hawaii state taxes included in the rate.
The 430 sq ft studio is located on the 11th floor of the Royal Kahana with an amazing partial ocean view. We call the view a partial ocean view as it looks above the next door building, however the view extends all the way up the coast to Kapalua and includes spectacular views of the neighboring island of Molokai. The studio has a California king bed, sofa love seat (no pull-out bed), full kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, Free WiFi, and local phone service. We include all linens, towels, soaps, shampoos, tour books, and beach gear.
Guests at our Royal Kahana #1103 have access to all the building has to offer, including the heated pool, shuffle board, and fitness gym. Please note that the area has experienced some erosion to it's beaches and during times of large surf there may be little beach present and the beach entrance may be closed for safety. We do have a lovely grassy area that overlooks the ocean for our guests to lounge. There is beach access at the neighboring property as well as at many great beaches within just a few minutes of the property if ours is closed.

OUR RATES INCLUDE HAWAII STATE TAXES (GET & TAT). THERE ARE NO RESORT FEES AND PARKING IS FREE. We add on a cleaning fee of $125, which is not negotiable. We perform a very thorough cleaning and perform any necessary maintenance between each and every reservation. We do require an 8 night stay over the holidays (December 20-January 5).
