I work from home so am usually around. My WallStreet Son&lovely Russian fiancee live upstairs to also assist in any matters.
I am almost always on the premise to assist guests. I have lived here for e
Nine years and am very happy with the area. Its 5 blocks from Mount Sinai Hospital. Guests please take note that the cleaning fee is based on the days of reservation. AirBnB only charges for the first 2.5 days of reservation. Ex: if your reservation is from the 20th until the 25th, you will owe a cleaning fee. This goes towards all cleaning supplies and laundry mat, detergent, professional fumigation ($2400) household assistants, and bath products too!

I work from the premises, therefore myself or the Housekeeper are a constant at the vicinity. City subways and buses are 24 hours... So they are very convenient. ThIs location is so fantastic because it still has a quaint and charming neighborhood family feeling so food prices and small cafes are 1/3 the price that they would be if you were staying in midtown. On the corner we literally have the Best Burger Bar of New York & there are also 2 Kosher restaurants on the corner and a breakfast cafe that is open from 6:30am daily. There is a delicious French Moroccan, Italian, Turkish and 2 Mexican & 4 Thai restaurants all within a 3 block radius. And the blocks are not so intimidating because there are not skyscraper buildings here. You are a sunshine walking distance to Central Park, Mt. Sinai Hospital & The Metropolitan & Guggenheim Museums. You can take the Xtown M96 bus going thru The Central Park to the street called, Central Park West and thereby have walking access to The Museum of Natural History with its adjacent beautiful Planetarium Show. Please keep in mind that New York City or Manhattan is the most expensive city in the United States. Rent with utilities here is $5,000 per month. Cleaning fee is for every 2.5 nights. A housekeeping service comes into the entire apartment a few times a week to change sheets & towels, mop halls & floors, clean tubs & showers. So please kindly colobarate by calculating your stay to pay the cleaning fee upon arrival. I have absolutely enjoyed being a host in the last two years to hundreds of AirBnB visitors from all over the World. In my whole life I have never received so many lovely gifts & international trinkets of mutual appreciation!
