In the back there is a sun room that is great for breakfast are just a little down time. The front porch is for sitting out talking to your neighbors enjoying a glass of wine. Living room is setup for TV gathering. On (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) we finished the fence so that the back yard is yours even as we continue to improve it. As of Aug 2017 we have no frills bicycles for you to use if you like; all that will be asked of you is to sign a Release of Liability. Wish we were kids again so simple then. LOL

It still has the old New Orleans look with a lot of comfort added. Almost everything is new, kitchen is ready to use; two TVs with cable and internet central air along with window units just encase you need more air.

If they need help there is someone on hand. Donzella (Who lives across the street) is helping me to help you she is truly a nice person who will try to answer all of your questions. She and I are learning a lot form Air BNB even though we have been here a while now.
This home has 12 steps going up to the front door also going down to washroom in back door.
We have just added six basic bicycles for anyone who wants to ride them to have access to them all they have to do is ask Herb or Donzella

This is a home with a lot of history; I have put a lot of love and time into. Hopefully making it a place you can relax and love as well. ENJOY YOUR STAY.
This home was left to me by a dear and loved person(Lucien Couppe). I have put a lot of work and love into making it a place he would be proud of.
Mr Fred Herring has come to my rescue in the fact that he takes care of almost everything for me. He is true and kind and has an eye for detail in trying to keep the place clean and comfortable for each guest, Fred is there when ever I are you need him. Fred is the man you will be communicating with most of the time so here is where I say: Thank you Fred
Work is my life and secondly is joying time with nature.
As I'v grown older it has come to me that there is nothing a person can't live without especially after Katrina but I would truly miss this city (New Orleans and the small towns in the area); with the down home culture: artist, fisher men and women, the hard working people of this place and the way they take you in as family. Oh and the food no where that I have been can compare.
The theaters here have just been renovated since Katrina and they are beautiful . Another thing that is enjoyable is a ride on the Street car just to see the sights and stop wherever you like to eat, shop, ride all the way to the Quarter or to the park.
They say I should give you a motto for my life. Life changes so much one motto could not work; as they ask for one; I am thinking the only thing that has not changed is working and giving. I have found both of these to help me through most things.
So I keep working so I can keep giving.
