A light and spacious ground floor flat, very central! Well equipped, open kitchen solution with a large table. Cozy backyard including playground just outside the flat. Close to shops, cafes, and bus/trams. 3/4 bedrooms. Price can be discussed.
Torshov is among the most popular neighbourhoods in Oslo. Classical buildings constructed for factory workers early 20th century, now turned urban family flats. It´s a 15 minute tram ride up from the Central Station, close to the lively area of Grünerløkka, but quieter and with a great deal of charm. Several parks and playgrounds makes this a very popular area for families with smaller children.
With nice grocery stores close by, a good kitchen in the flat and also the option of outdoor-eating or park picnics, this is a place you could stay to make the Oslo-summer-experience a bit less crazy expensive. There are 3 bedrooms (only 2 shows in the photos) - it is even possible to share this place if two families are traveling together.
There is free parking in the street outside the flat. There are 3 trams that go frequently towards city centre; to reach Central Station, Aker Brygge, the Opera or other sights is easy! Also the tram in the other direction takes you to the forest and upper Akerselva river in just 15 minutes.
No pets allowed. Several other families in the building so common sense and no late night parties, please.
Social and energetic, lives with my boyfriend and 2 wonderful creatures we made, age 2 and 4, work as a radio show host in NRK, spend the little time left with books, theatre, music, physical activities. Loves traveling, both short and long, to the woods and big cities. And the sea.
