Well-kept, spacious, funky, and updated 1970's house w/ central ac/heat in great 78745 South Austin neighborhood. The house is approximately 2000 sq. ft. and has a total of 4 bedrooms, but only the master bedroom is still available to rent out for SXSW. You can easily fit 2 or 3 people in the master bedroom depending on sleeping arrangements. The room contains 1 full bed, and we have a cot we can give you if you need it. There's plenty of space for potential sleeping bags or air mattresses. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and shower attached to the room that you can use.

The house is approximately 10 miles from downtown austin and all the SXSW activities. It's also just 5 mins away from all that South Austin has to offer -- South Congress, Alamo Drafthouse, Continental Club, Black Sheep Lodge, great food trailers and restaurants like Uchi, Barleyswine, Luke's Inside Out, Izzo's, Torchy's and on and on. It's just a short 10-minute drive or cab ride to downtown clubs and restaurants, Austin's famous 6th Street, etc.

**This is an ideal location to enjoy SXSW from without having to pay for an expensive hotel. **

Rates:
$400/night w/ a minimum 3-night stay.
Fully refundable $300 security deposit and 1/2 of full rental payment due at signing of short-term lease agreement to protect both parties.
