This 3-story North Myrtle Beach condo complex features a charming oceanfront balcony where you can watch the shrimp boats, experience an enchanting Atlantic sunrise, or sip a romantic cocktail under the stars.
There are two private bedrooms. A nicely furnished balcony is accessed from the living room of Ocean Pier III 223 and will delight you at whatever time of day you sit and relax outside. Your condo in North Myrtle Beach features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for those times when you'd prefer to eat in. You can pack light because your North Myrtle Beach condo has a washer and dryer for your convenience. After a busy day when you just want to kick back at your rental, you'll have a flat screen and DVDs. You'll enjoy the high-definition TV in your primary bedroom as well as Wi-Fi access. You can also top off the day with a dip in the beautiful oceanfront pool.
North Myrtle Beach is known for its wonderful amusements and attractions, and your North Myrtle Beach condo rental is close to it all. If you like your leisure time more on the laid-back side, you can stroll miles of beautiful beach or pamper yourself at a spa. The golfers in your group will be on cloud nine with championship golf courses, or you can shop till you drop by fantastic malls, outlet stores, and boutiques. The kids will love mini golf, the theme park, the oceanside water park, museums, and other kid-friendly activities. Take a plantation tour, enjoy a dolphin watch charter, SCUBA dive at a shipwreck site, surf, parasail, or try your mettle on a zip line.
Bedding Details:
No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided.

The minimum check-in age is 25.
A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals.
To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement.
Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in.
We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction.
There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex, such as the hallways, parking area, and pool area, that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.
