Take good care of the apartment and try to leave it as clean as you can.
Leave all trash in garbage bags (supplied) and all towels and linens on the floor. We will take care of it.
Leave keys on the key holder next to the apartment door when checking out. There will be a $100 replacement fee if the FOB is not returned.
